Before you start the application process ...
Partially completed applications cannot be saved and returned to later for completion. If you are unable to complete an application in one session, you will have to initiate a new application.

You may only submit ONE application and thus can only test one product category. At the appropriate point in the application process, you will chose the one product category which most interests you. From time to time, certain product categories may be closed - see below for the status of each product testing category.

Adult Application Button For applicants wearing adult shoe sizes; for any applicant younger than 18 years old, the participation of a legal guardian in the application and testing process is mandatory.

Kids Application For applicants wearing Kid's shoe sizes ranging from Infant 2 through Grade School size 7; requires the participation of a legal guardian in the application and testing process.

Please select this category only if you compete in field and/or jumping events. If you are a runner, your testing opportunities will be severely limited compared to the more varied opportunities available in the Running category. If you compete year-round in only sprint or middle distance events and wear spikes when training, you may choose the Track and Field category.
